Early Life Of Shahrukh Khan

Shahrukh Khan is a muslim by religion as his name suggests, he was born in a Muslim family in the year 1965 on the second of November. Shahrukh was raised all his life by a Hindu family and thus he respects and follows both religions equally.

Shahrukh Khan’s father was Taj Mohammed Khan who belonged to a famous tribe of the warriors which was known as the tribe of kuthay. His mother’s name was Lateef Fatima and she was the adopted child and the only daughter of her father who was Major General Shah Nawaz Khan belonged to the Janjua Rajput clan and also served as a General in the Indian National Army in the control of Subash Chandra Bose.

Even before the partition of the subcontinent Shahrukh Khan’s father had migrated from a small town in the city of Peshawar which is now situated in Pakistan, to the famous city of Delhi now in India. His mother’s family had also migrated from a city now situated in Pakistan, which is Rawalpindi. Shahrukh khan only has a sister as his sibling named Shehnaz, whose nick name is lovingly kept as Lalarukh.

As a child Shahrukh Khan attended St Columa’s School which is situated in the heart of Delhi and he is known for his great achievements in the sports, drama, and equally well in the academics. Shahrukh Khan was an all rounder, a well balanced student in every aspect of his academics and extra-curricular activities. He won the annual award of the Sword of Honour which was always presented to a student who showed the most enthusiastic efforts for success in every field.

Shahrukh Khan was always known to have loved his family a lot as a child and even after he was got well-reputed after the start of his professional career. His Parents died just before his marriage in the year 1991. He was having a long term affair with Gauri Khan and finally married to the bride of her choice after migrating to Mumbai from the city of Delhi in the year 1991. At present Shahrukh Khan has two children, which includes his elder son Aryan born in the year 1997 and his younger daughter Suhana who was born in the year 2000.
